• Location: Kalinga, Brisbane North QLD
• Job type: Permanent part-time
• Hours: Monday to Wednesday, 7.30am–5.30pm (30 hrs/week)
• Pay: Up to $45/hr + super + paid leave (based on experience)
• Children: Baby boy (11 months at start), boy (3 years) and girl (5 years), plus a French bulldog and two cats
• Start: Late January 2027

About the role
We're seeking a professional, nurturing nanny to provide one-on-one care for a baby in a beautiful Kalinga home. This permanent nanny role suits a childcare professional or experienced carer who loves the baby and toddler stage. Your main focus is the little one, with school drop-off and pick-up for his big sister.

About our clients

A warm, loving family with three very loving children. Their home has a lovely garden and pool, plus a friendly French bulldog and two cats. They're looking for a trusted, long-term nanny to become part of the family.

Requirements

Essential:

• Proven professional childcare experience
• Recent experience caring for babies and toddlers
• Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• National Police Check
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Own reliable car and current driver's licence
• Traffic History Report
• Glowing, verifiable and recent references

Desirable:

• Early childhood qualification (Cert III or Diploma)
• Experience managing children's food allergies
• Confident with pool and water safety

Responsibilities

• Sole-charge care of a baby
• Feeding, sleep and daily routines
• School drop-off and pick-up for a 5-year-old
• Homework supervision
• Play-based learning, pram walks, park and café outings
• Taking the children to social activities
• Basic meal preparation for the children
• Children's laundry and light child-related household duties
